At approximately 2:45 pm the G train service to queens plaza was halted at the Bedford-Nostrand station due to emergency track work. As disgruntled passengers exited to board the B44 bus it was announced that the G train would be running on a weekend schedule with shuttle buses running from Jay St. to Queens Plaza. This may be due to ongoing weekend track work on the G line.
