Brooklyn Heights is about to get its close-up. Resident Peter Hedges’ novel, The Heights, will be adapted into a film after the rights were acquired by Focus Films,. the Brooklyn Heights blog reports. Hedges previously wrote and directed 2003′s “Pieces of April.”
