Yolanda Ramirez, principal of PS 38, is being investigated after reports that she threatened teachers who gave her poor reviews on an Education Department survey. Nearly 60% of teachers at the Pacific Street school said they don’t trust Ramirez, resulting in her berating staff for 40 minutes.
