Police have identified 24-year-old Adam Bilal in the Sunday afternoon shooting that injured three people, including a 5-year-old girl. Cops say Bilal opened fire on Halsey Street in Bed-Stuy, where Syniah Herndon was playing outside her house. She was shot in the leg and is recovering.
