The Brooklyn Ink

This morning at 9:25 a.m., Randolph Garcia, a uniformed, on the job sanitation worker assaulted a man in front of 445 Ashford Place in East New York, according to a police report. Garcia was arrested and charged with two counts of assault, and criminal possession of a weapon. The victim is in stable condition at Brookdale Hospital.
