A Coney Island man was killed last night at Shell Road and Bouck Court after his car jumped a curb and struck a stanchion on the F line last night. Constatine Beyn, 22, was pronounced dead after being transported to Lutheran Medical Center. Two female passengers were listed in serious but stable condition while a male passenger was expected to be released after being treated for minor injuries. People are investigating the cause of the accident.
