After Prospect Heights resident Daniel Goldstein relented and took a $3 million buyout to vacate his condo, Forest City Ratner thought they were in the clear to begin razing properties to make way for their sprawling Atlantic Yards project. But a family has emerged from a property at 481 Dean St. and demanded $170,000 in relocation fees to leave. The Post has more.
