Deliberations Continue in Hate Crime Murder
Jury deliberations in the trial of Keith Phoenix, accused of killing Jose Sucuzhanay, continue today. Phoenix’s co-defendant, Hakim Scott, was convicted of manslaughter and attempted assault. He was found not guilty on charges of murder in the second degree and murder in the second degree as a hate crime.
