Luna Park at Coney Island opened on Saturday in time for the warm, clear Memorial Day Weekend. Early reports indicate the boardwalk will be bustling this summer.  “My dad and grandfather used to tell me about Luna Park and the old rides,” Danny Montoya, 56,  of Queens, told the Daily News. “I think this is just as good, just as beautiful.”
