Isa Johnson, 29, has been arrested for his part in a Coney Island shootout last week that killed a mother of seven and injured three others. Victoria Rogucki, 36, was shot in the head after she tried to break up an argument between her 16 year-old daughter and her older boyfriend, when her two sons Ishmel and Lorenzo got involved. Rogucki lived about two days before dying from her injuries at Lutheran Medical Center.
