A 92 year-old organ is likely a complete loss after a fire Wednesday night at the Boerum Hill Baptist Temple. The instrument wasn’t in regular use, but had been featured on a number of recent albums. “It’s a devastating loss,” Daniel McCalla told the Daily News. “[The church] was friendly to organists. You don’t get that a lot in the city,” the Prospect Lefferts Gardens music teacher said.
