Brooklyn Photographer Sues Broadway Play, Fela, For Using Photo Without Permission
Brooklyn-based photographer Marilyn Nance is suing the producers of the Broadway musical, Fela, claiming they used a photograph she shot of the Nigerian nightclub, Fela Kuti, without her permission.
