Incendiary Talk Show Host Convicted of Threatening Federal Judges
Harold C. Turner, a right-wing talk show, host was convicted on Friday for threatening the lives of three federal judges.
A federal jury found that his blog entry declaring that they “deserve to be killed,” and the posting of the judges’ photos, was not protected under the First Amendment.
