Neighborhood Patrolmen Shot While Following Alleged Flasher
Four members of the Shomrim neighborhood patrol were were shot and wounded in Borough Park by David Flores, who they allege was fondling himself in front of children.
The patrol ultimately disarmed him and all five people involved were taken to Lutheran Medical Center.
