Ex-Cop Convicted of Drunk Driving Killing
Former NYPD officer, Andrew Kelly, pled guilty to drunk driving and subsequently causing the death of 32-year-old Vionique Valnord.
As part of a plea arrangement, approved by Valnord’s family, Kelly will be sentenced to 90 days in prison on September 27.
