Roger Clemens Back In New York and Back In Court

Roger Clemens appeared in a Brooklyn courthouse on Wednesday, in conjunction with a defamation lawsuit brought against him by his former trainer, Brian McNamee. Clemens’ lawyer asked the judge to dismiss the case, but no ruling has been issued, as of yet.
