Bob Diamond, who discovered a 19th century railroad tunnel hidden under Atlantic Avenue, had threatened to pack up and move to a different city, due to his frustration with the city’s Department of Transportation. Diamond has lead the tours underneath Atlantic Avenue for almost three decades.
