Brooklyn Policeman Caught On Tape Demanding Ticket Quotas
Brooklyn police captain, Alex Perez, was caught on tape demanding that officers from the 81st precinct write more tickets.
Perez was recorded saying, “I really don’t have a problem firing people,” regarding policemen who didn’t meet his 20-tickets-a-week quota.
