Jacqueline Wesley-Rosa, 49, was arrested and charged with murdering her tenant, 55-year-old Patricia Wilson. According to neighbors, the two had a longstanding dispute over rent payments, which which Wilson claimed Wesley-Rosa wasn’t entitled to collect.
