Father of Admitted Terrorist to Face Brooklyn Judge
The Associated Press reports that Mohammad Wali Zazi, whose son Najibullah pleaded guilty to directing a foiled al-Qaida-led subway bomb scheme in 2009, is scheduled for arraignment today in Brooklyn federal court. Zazi is charged with obstruction of justice and other counts. He lives in a Denver suburb and pleaded not guilty in Brooklyn to conspiracy.
