Occupy Wall Street protesters arrested last week for marching across the Brooklyn Bridge roadway filed a lawsuit against New York City officials yesterday on grounds of violation of constitutional rights.

Five of the protesters — seeking to represent the 700 people detained on Saturday — issued a civil rights complaint against the city, Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly in Manhattan federal court. They claimed commanding New York City Police Dept. officers led demonstrators onto the bridge’s roadway in order to trap and arrest them.

The protesters are requesting a formal declaration nullifying the arrests and an order banning the use of similar tactics in the future.

Police have said protesters were warned against blocking the road.

    “American Spring” is here:

The man who predicted the 1987 stock market crash and the fall of the Soviet Union is now forecasting a revolution in America , food riots and tax rebellions – all within four years, while cautioning that putting food on the table will be a more pressing concern than buying Christmas gifts by 2012.

Gerald Celente, the CEO of Trends Research Institute, is renowned for his accuracy in predicting future world and economic events, which will send a chill down your spine considering what he told Fox News this week.

Celente says that by 2012 America will become an underdeveloped nation, that there will be a revolution marked by food riots, squatter rebellions, tax revolts and job marches, and that holidays will be more about obtaining food, not gifts.

”We ‘ re going to see the end of the retail Christmas… we ‘ re going to see a fundamental shift take place… putting food on the table is going to be more important than putting gifts under the Christmas tree,” said Celente, adding that the situation would be “worse than the great depression.”

Obama and NATO, who tried a fast one on the world by trying to stop Gadaffi from unifying the Africas with the gold dinar are getting a taste of their own medicine. Enjoy!!!

How many Tea Party movement members have been arrested at rallies? How many times did you see trash strewn about after a Tea Party rally? This is the left’s Tea Party, then we know what to expect from further leadership from the Left, don’t we?

For the first time in recorded history the entire human race has started to embark on a mission of one voice. This one voice is a demonstration of complete unity globally. You are literally watching the evolution of a race. It is not that this world is gonna change, it is changing each moment. It is really an inspirational event to behold. There is nothing that will be able to stop this change from occurring except a quick expeditious change of human equality globally by those governing bodies. The power of intention, unified, is really the most powerful force in the universe! To all the protestors who have taken a stand. I cannot stand idle, I am in, thank you for opening my eyes.
