Suspects Charged in Murder of Brooklyn Police Officer
Five men were charged on Tuesday in connection with the murder of Peter Figoski, a decorated Brooklyn cop and father of four daughters, The Wall Street Journal reported. The murder took place Sunday night when police arrived at the scene of an East New York apartment allegedly being robbed by the five suspects. Mr. Figoski was the first NYPD officer shot to death in the line of duty since 2007.
