Whole Foods Gets Approval to Build in Brooklyn

Brooklyn’s first Whole Foods supermarket will open its doors in the spring of 2013, The Daily News Reports.
The chain received the cities nod of approval to begin construction on 52,000 square foot store – about five times bigger than what zoning regulations would otherwise approve – at Gowanus Canal this wednesday.
