Parents of middle school students at Brooklyn’s MS678 are upset that school officials did not immediately take action against an eight grader who brought a butcher knife into class last Tuesday. It took over a week for disciplinary action to be taken against the boy, causing anxiety among his peers, who were made uncomfortable by his presence in class after the incident.
