Salvatore Sparacino, 46, a gym teacher at It Takes a Village Academy high school in East Flatbush stalked, assaulted, and threatened another teacher who refused to date him. Despite his behaviour, the hearing officer let him keep his job, albeit with a transfer, and gave him a $20,000 fine.
