Assemblyman Dov Hiking from Brooklyn apologized Monday for wearing blackface and an Afro wig at a weekend party he hosted to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Purim. But just hours later, Hikind made a puzzlng comment during an apology that could have been taken as insensitive to gays.
