A new on-street bike rack in Crown Heights that takes up a single parking space is driving a wedge between longtime residents and their new hipster neighbors. The three-month-old bike corral on Franklin Ave. is pitting residents, who claim there isn’t enough car parking, against neighborhood transplants who welcome the new spot for bicycles.
