The front-runner in the Brooklyn Borough President’s race wants to poach tourists from Manhattan hotspots — and is set to land the endorsement of the man he’s seeking to replace. Marty Markowitz plans to back state Sen. Eric Adams as he kicks off his campaign on Sunday.
