GOP Visits Brooklyn to Build Status in African-American Community

Republican National Convention President Reince Priebus is visiting the Christian Cultural Center in East New York as part of its “Growth and Opportunity Project.” The RNC has been touring the United States and reaching out to African-Americans, after the Republican Party lost the presidential election and eight seats in the House of Representatives in November. The Brooklyn visit will be the last on the “Growth” tour, and RNC press secretary Kirsten Kukowski says official results will be released next Monday at the National Press Club in Washington D.C.
