Neil Chamberlain, a 28-year-old web designer is in critical condition at Bellevue Hospital after he was hit by a speeding car on Calyer Street between McGuiness Boulevard and Newel Street Sunday morning.
One resident told the New York Post speeders along that stretch are common and dangerous. Police are investigating.
