Police have identified 24-year-old Adam Bilal in the Sunday afternoon shooting that injured three people, including a 5-year-old girl. Cops say Bilal opened fire on Halsey Street in Bed-Stuy, where Syniah Herndon was playing outside her house. She was shot in the leg and is recovering. Share

A police officer fired 13 times and shot a man in both his legs Sunday night when they responded to a call and he opened the door with a machete in hand. Otis "Junior" Edmonds was a man of exacting routines.
