At approximately 2:45 pm the G train service to queens plaza was halted at the Bedford-Nostrand station due to emergency track work. As disgruntled passengers exited to board the B44 bus it was announced that the G train would be running on a weekend schedule with shuttle buses running from Jay St. to Queens Plaza. [...]
An accident on the N train left a 16-year old boy without a leg on Saturday night. Jose Juarez of Sunset Park was out to do graffiti north of the Kings Highway station platform when the accident occured. He’s now in stable condition at the Lutheran Hospital.
